Our Start Up Story

In 2022, Nathaniel Willis and Jamie Murphy, two grad school friends driven by a shared passion to help others, founded RIGHTEOUS Hemp Co, a company as much about purpose as it is about product. They didn’t just want to start a business—they wanted to make a difference. Today, Nathaniel leads as Co-Founder and CEO, while Jamie shapes the brand as Co-Founder and CMO. Nathaniel’s wife, Megan Willis, who played a key role behind the scenes, officially joined in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Together, they’re not just running a business—they’re on a mission to transform lives.
